Am I locked into a contract?

No we don’t lock our customers into long-term contracts. To get started with a website maintenance plan, you would sign a flexible month-to-month agreement. You are free to cancel your plan at any moment without any fees.

How do I know how many hours of maintenance I have left each month?

No worries! Once we fulfill your maintenance request, we will send you a confirmation email that will also state how many minutes or hours we spent on the task and how many you have left.

What if I go over the amount of hours stated in my plan?

If you exceed the amount of hours your monthly maintenance plan allows, you will be billed at our hourly rate for any overage. We will notify you before we exceed that allotted time and provide you with a cost estimate for the remaining changes.
