Job Overview

MarketDental is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our web services/products to dental clinics across Canada and the US. They will also manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts.


  • Independently manage leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot and Jira to enter and maintain project and sales information.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and demos that effectively showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries across various channels (phone, email, live chat etc.) and identify potential sales opportunities;
  • Determine the most appropriate sales approach with current and potential clients.
  • Maximize revenues with existing clients through regular contact and updates on new initiatives.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Experience in sales, particularly in selling technology or web services.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, branding, Internet, and web services concepts.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies such as SEO, SMO, and SEM.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in cold-calling and account management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Experience in dental management is a plus.


Base salary + commissions, commensurate with experience.
