How It Worked
YellowStars™ runs silently in the background, turning every completed appointment into an opportunity to build the practice's online reputation with no extra work required.
YellowStars™ detects the completed visit through your dental software integration.
The patient receives a short, friendly SMS & email asking them to share their experience.
As the Google rating rises, more prospective patients choose the practice. The cycle compounds over time.
Lunar Smile Dentistry had very few Google reviews. With most patients checking reviews before choosing a dentist, many prospective patients were going to competitors. The front desk had no time or process to ask patients for reviews manually.
MarketDental deployed YellowStars™ Platform, which automatically sends a personalized review request to patients by text & email right after each appointment. Fully integrated with the practice's dental software, it required zero extra effort from the team.
Results
After improving their Google rating with YellowStars™, the breakdown of new patient sources shifted dramatically toward Google reviews.
