Just recently, we released the Unlimited Forms Plan, that we hope will bring more flexibility as well as more value to you. But we didn't stop there... Recently, we launched new features that will increase efficiency and reduces your front desk operations. You are going to love these new features we have added to SignForms. The best part? It’s free for users in all plans.

You can now schedule your emails from our SignForms portal. To make use of this great feature, log into the SignForms and select "Send Email" on the left hand navigation. On the bottom of the screen you will see a date picker and a time menu; select a day and time in the future and click the "Schedule Email" button.

And of course we are also thinking about your patients!
We have made all SignForms accessible as an offline fillable PDFs for you to send to your patients directly! After logging into SignForms, select "My Forms" on the left navigation menu. You will be brought to a list of forms you have on your account. Click on the PDF icon for the form you want, and the form will be loaded into your browser for you to download and send to your patients as attachments or place it on your website.

On the same page you can generate QR codes for your forms. Patients can easily scan the QR codes in the waiting room and fill out the requested forms. This process happens contactless with an easy scan of QR code by a smartphone, which is a major advantage in this pandemic situation. QR codes are productive, easy to access and cost-efficient.

In the coming months, we’re launching something that will supercharge your forms. We are working on a form builder to facilitate the creation of custom forms.
