Many dentists choose to have multiple domain names to protect their dental practice branding from competitors or domain sellers.
Although, in a competitive market like dental care, having your location or dental procedures keywords in your domain name it is a factor to be considered along with all the other small factors. Search engines don't say that keywords in domain names are not important, it's just not so important in their algorithms.

If you have a relatively small number of dental procedures, you could have a single page that list all your services. If you have a lot of dental procedures, you could have a web page for each service and each web page should have a unique URL.
If you do that, make sure you don't have duplicate content.
Duplicate content is text that appears on the Internet in more than one website. If two or more websites have duplicate content it is difficult for search engines to decide which version is more relevant to a given search query.
