How to empty your cache?

Most browsers enable caching so that pages load faster. However caching can occasionally cause problems. If you enter your correct Sign In name and password, but are unable to enter the site, it is possible the cache is causing a problem. Below are instructions on how to empty your cache:

Internet Explorer

In the Tool bar of your browser:
  1. Click on TOOLS.
  2. Choose INTERNET OPTIONS.
  3. Select the GENERAL tab.
  4. Choose the option for TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
  5. Select DELETE FILES.
  6. Click OK to remove the cache.

Mozilla Firefox

In the Tool bar of your browser:
  1. On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences
  2. Select the Advanced panel.
  3. Click on the Network tab.
  4. In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
  5. Close the Preferences window.

Google Chrome

In the Tool bar of your browser:
  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

Apple Safari

In the Tool bar of your browser:
  1. Click Safari
  2. Then Select Empty Cache
