Two simple steps to import our Paperless Forms directly into Dentrix without having to type a thing.

Step 1

From Dentrix Appointment Book or Dentrix Patient Chart open Dentrix Document Center

Step 2

Click on the Import icon to import the PDF form(s). That's it!
