How to setup Outlook POP3 email account? If you don’t want email to be deleted from your Outlook inbox after it’s downloaded to your email app

Use the following settings to setup Outlook POP3 email account in your email client:

Incoming Settings

Username: username@domain.com
Password: password
Port: 995
Security: Enable SSL
Server: pop3.live.com

Outgoing Settings

Username: username@domain.com
Password: password
Server: smtp.live.com
Port: 587
Security: Enable TLS

If you don’t want email to be deleted from your Outlook inbox after it’s downloaded to your email app, select the Leave a copy of messages on the server option.
